"Beer Battered Crappie"

a quick recipe to make a great shore lunch..

Ingredients:
white flour
Your Favorite Beer

Instructions:
Mix the flour, beer, parsley, saltspice until you have a smooth pancake like batter. Heat about two cups of peanut oil until very hot.Place fillets in batter and coat throughly, then transfer to hot oil carefully. Cook for about 4-5 minutes or until golden brown.
